Palmetto Hall Real Estate

Palmetto Hall Plantation
Palmetto Hall Plantation is a gated residential community on Hilton Head Island. It is one of the very few communities in which residents are able to own private carts for their transportation. Palmetto Hall is one of the newer plantations, located just off the William Hilton Parkway. The plantation spans 750 acres which are home to 2 golf courses.
In terms of Palmetto Hall Plantation real estate, the community is made up of single family homes and home sites. The plantation is also home to two separate 18 hole golf courses, which are the Robert Cupp Course and the Arthur Hills Course. Furthermore, there are two tennis courts, a pavilion and a pool. The clubhouse, designed in a southern style, is truly beautiful.
Palmetto Hall Plantation property owners are members of the local POA (property owners association). This is where people truly notice that Palmetto Hall is more of a large family. The community is close knit, with individuals of all ages being part of it, from newborn babies to senior citizens.
The community is strictly governed by a range of guidelines, bylaws and covenants. The POA has agreed upon these as a community and they have been put in place to make sure Palmetto Hall continues to be one of Beaufort County’s premier communities.
The community embodies everything that Low Country charm means. It is found on the northern part of Hilton Head Island, offering stunning surroundings and areas of natural beauty. Palmetto Hall Plantation, however, is known specifically for its fantastic Southern architecture style. Homes have welcoming front porches and many other features so common in the Low Country, including the inviting rear decks. It is very clear that people would want to feel at home here. The Plantation also has a range of amenities to ensure community members can live in comfort and style.
One of the things residents seem to appreciate so much is that Palmetto Hall Plantation feels not like a gated community, but more like a small town. The POA organizes events all through the year, encouraging residents to build on their own community spirit. The community is also near to the local hospital and schools.
