One of the gems of Hilton Head Island is Indigo Run Plantation. Indigo Run is a gated residential community of approximately 1400 acres located in the heart of Hilton Head Island. It is Located across William Hilton Parkway from Hilton Head Plantation and Palmetto Hall on the north end of the island.  The natural beauty of Indigo Run makes it a very desirable place for its residents to call home. There are home sites and single family homes in Indigo Run and the architecture of many of these homes will be very pleasing to the eye. Many of these properties have gorgeous golf and/or lagoon views. There are also some townhomes in the Berwick Green section of Indigo Run.  There are two gated communities within Indigo Run: Broad Pointe and River Club. Both feature spacious 1/2 acre – 1-acre waterfront lots, including some home sites with private dockage. Indigo Run homes are exclusively single family, with a wide range of styles and five wonderful communities to choose from. Golden Bear is the largest of the Indigo Run sub-communities, followed by The Golf Club, and Broad Point. Homebuyers have the option between a stunning lake, lagoon, and golf course views.

Indigo Run’s intimate size allows people in the community to connect with one another and engage in common interests. If you are looking for activity, there are many options at Indigo Run for you to get involved.  There are two golf clubs (Golden Bear Golf Club and The Golf Club at Indigo Run) available to residents with optional membership. Members of the Golden Bear and The Golf Club, have access to the fitness center and Sunningdale Park Tennis and Swim Center. There are six Har-Tru tennis courts of which two of the courts are lighted. The pool is inviting and this park is popular for social gatherings, picnics, tennis lessons and competitive tennis league play. There are Men and Women’s Clubs and community social events throughout the year sponsored by the Community Owners Association.
