Andy Reed at the Reed Team has helped me with 3 properties since I have been buying property in Hilton Head. The first one was when we wanted to sell our property in Sea Pines to build another house. Andy did a fantastic job of determining what we needed to do- to sell the house and then how the house would best show. Small things to us as buyers, but only items that a “Good Realtor” would know: some of the things Andy helped us with: “cut some limbs so you can see the house better” “Power-wash the house so it is clean” Things that to a seller, we really didn’t notice, but to someone, like Andy – he knew what it would take to sell the house! Our house sold in about 3 weeks! Man we were surprised! Then on to the building process, that Andy helped us find a builder and helped us review the floor plan to determine the best house we could build (by the way he wasn’t even making a commission). Although, I guess Andy knows how to keep a customer – because since Andy had helped us so much on the last sell, we asked him to be our Realtor on a purchase we made in order to live – until our house was built.
